Our Service Agreement

Effective Date: 11th February,2026

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between WorkBotix AI (“Service Provider”) and the client (“Client”) engaging automation, AI integration, or related services from WorkBotix AI.

By proceeding with our services, the Client agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

WorkBotix AI provides business automation solutions including but not limited to:

  • AI automation system implementation

  • CRM integration and workflow automation

  • AI voice assistant and chatbot setup

  • Lead capture and follow-up automation

  • Reporting, optimization, and support services

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in the project proposal, package selection, or written agreement

2. Project Timeline

  • Standard system setup typically requires 10–15 business days, depending on project complexity.

  • Delays in onboarding information, approvals, or third-party integrations may extend timelines.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Pricing may change without prior notice unless contractually locked.
  • Setup fees and recurring retainers (if applicable) must be paid according to agreed terms.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until cleared.

4. Onboarding & Information Requirements

To deliver effective automation solutions, WorkBotix AI requires complete and accurate business information during onboarding. This may include workflows, operational details, communication data, system access, branding information, and other relevant materials necessary for configuring automation systems, training AI models, or deploying voice assistants and chatbot solutions.

Incomplete or delayed information may affect timelines, system performance, or outcomes.

All information shared will be treated confidentially and used solely for service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information and required system access

  • Respond promptly during setup and optimization stages

  • Ensure lawful use of implemented automation systems

  • Maintain third-party subscriptions where required

6. Service Limitations

Automation improves efficiency but does not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or customer conversion rates. Outcomes depend on multiple operational and market factors beyond WorkBotix AI’s control.

7. Third-Party Services

Automation solutions may involve third-party platforms (CRM systems, messaging providers, telephony services, etc.). WorkBotix AI is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues originating from third-party services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business data, operational details, and technical configurations shared during the engagement.

9. Data Security & Privacy

WorkBotix AI implements reasonable safeguards to protect client data. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security, and the Client acknowledges inherent risks in digital integrations.

10. Modifications & Additional Work

Any additional integrations, features, or major modifications outside the original scope may require revised timelines, pricing adjustments, or new agreements.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice subject to agreed terms. Outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

WorkBotix AI shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect business losses or missed opportunities

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

  • Client misuse or unauthorized modifications of systems

13. Intellectual Property

Automation workflows, system configurations, and custom implementations developed by WorkBotix AI remain intellectual property of WorkBotix AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Policy Updates

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued engagement with services indicates acceptance of revised terms.

By engaging services, signing a proposal, or making payment, the Client acknowledges acceptance of this Service Agreement.
