1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes.
You must not:

  • Use our tools for illegal or harmful activities

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary work

  • Use AI outputs to mislead or harm others

  • Use automations in violation of platform rules (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, email providers)

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if misuse is suspected.

2. Service Accuracy & Limitations

WorkBotix AI provides automations, chatbots, and integrations built with modern AI technologies.
However:

  • AI responses may not always be 100% accurate

  • System behavior depends on user input, third-party APIs, and platform limitations

  • Platform outages, API limits, or third-party issues may affect service performance

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime caused by platforms like Meta, WhatsApp, OpenAI, Google, etc.

  • Losses resulting from inaccurate AI output

  • Changes in third-party policies that impact integrations

AI should not be used as a sole decision-making tool for legal, medical, or financial matters.

3. Payments & Billing

All pricing for services (chatbots, automations, integrations, voice assistants) will be communicated before project start.

By purchasing a service, you agree that:

  • Payments may be required upfront

  • No refunds are offered once development begins

  • Additional feature requests or changes may incur extra charges

  • Monthly or yearly maintenance fees (if applicable) will be clearly stated

We may update pricing at our discretion.

4. Project Delivery & Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions, defined at the time of purchase.
Revisions do not include:

  • New features

  • New integrations

  • Significant structural changes

  • Changes requested after project completion or beyond the agreed scope

Additional changes will be billed separately.

5. Data & Privacy

We take your data seriously.
Any information shared with us (documents, automation instructions, customer data, requirements) will be kept confidential.

We do not:

  • Sell your data

  • Share your information with unauthorized third parties

  • Store sensitive data beyond what is required for service delivery

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may rely on external platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Meta / WhatsApp

  • OpenAI

  • Zapier / Make

  • Google Cloud

  • APIs & third-party systems

We are not responsible for:

  • Their downtime or outages

  • Their policy changes

  • Their rate limits or restrictions

  • Their pricing updates

Any API or platform subscription required by the client must be handled by the client unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • WorkBotix AI retains rights to its automation frameworks, scripts, and internal systems

  • Clients own their brand assets, business data, and custom content

  • Completed deliverables (chatbots, workflows, voice setups) become the client’s property after full payment

You may not resell or distribute our proprietary systems without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkBotix AI is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of data

  • Errors caused by third-party platforms

  • Misuse of automations by the client

  • Damages resulting from incorrect inputs or user behavior

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • You violate these terms

  • You misuse AI, automations, or integrations

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

Upon termination, no refunds will be provided.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
