WorkBotix AI specializes in business automation system integration, AI-powered workflow solutions, CRM integrations, voice assistants, chatbot automation, and related operational optimization services. The exact scope of services will be defined in the agreed proposal, service plan, or contract.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

  • Setup fees and ongoing retainers (where applicable) must be paid according to agreed terms before service activation.

  • Delayed or incomplete payments may result in temporary suspension of services until cleared.

3. Setup Timeline

  • Standard implementation typically takes 10–15 business days.

  • Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, integrations required, and client responsiveness during onboarding.

4. Onboarding & Information Requirements

To provide effective automation solutions, WorkBotix AI requires accurate and complete business information during the onboarding phase. This may include operational workflows, customer communication data, service details, branding materials, system access, and other relevant information necessary for configuring automation systems, training AI models, and setting up voice assistants or chatbot integrations.

Clients agree to provide timely, accurate, and lawful information. Delays, incomplete details, or inaccurate data may affect delivery timelines, system performance, or results. All shared information will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and used strictly for service implementation unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary access, data, and business details for implementation.

  • Respond promptly to communications during setup.

  • Ensure lawful and ethical use of automation systems deployed.

Failure to provide required information may impact delivery timelines or service performance.

6. Service Limitations

Automation enhances operational efficiency but does not guarantee specific revenue growth, lead conversions, or business outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, operational practices, and other external factors beyond our control.

7. Changes & Additional Requests

Requests beyond the originally agreed scope — including additional integrations, features, or major modifications — may incur additional charges and adjusted timelines.

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

WorkBotix AI respects client confidentiality. All business data shared during onboarding or service delivery will be handled responsibly and used solely for service-related purposes unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Some services may involve third-party platforms (CRM tools, communication systems, telephony providers, etc.). WorkBotix AI is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions from third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

WorkBotix AI shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect business losses or missed opportunities.

  • Service disruptions caused by third-party systems.

  • Misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modifications made by the client.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services subject to mutually agreed notice terms. Outstanding payments must be cleared prior to termination of services, within the 7 days of the due date. 

12. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most recent version.
